Private Technical Demo Terms
1. Scope and access
This website is a private, invitation-only technical demonstration of unreleased game software. It is not a public or commercial gambling service. Access is permitted only to an allowlisted person after verification and the operator's approval. Access is personal and may not be shared, forwarded, sold or transferred.
2. No money or prize
No stake, deposit, payment, purchase, cashout, withdrawal, prize, gift, redeemable item or other thing of monetary value is offered or accepted. Demo credits are simulated test units only. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, transferred or redeemed, and create no entitlement to payment or reward.
3. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 years old, be an intended recipient and be authorised by the operator. Keep verification links and access credentials confidential. Do not let another person use your approved session. The operator may bind and validate access using the approved email, session, browser/device security identifier, IP and time information.
4. Controlled sessions
Gameplay access requires owner approval and normally lasts 20 minutes unless the operator grants a different test duration. The operator may deny, revoke or end any lobby or game session at any time. Demo balance, configuration and results are server-controlled and may be reset between sessions.
5. Confidentiality and intellectual property
The software, artwork, sounds, game rules, mathematics, interfaces and other demo materials are confidential and remain the property of their respective owner. Unless the operator expressly permits it, do not record, photograph, capture, copy, publish, redistribute, demonstrate to others, decompile or reverse engineer any part of the demo.
6. Security and permitted use
Do not probe, attack, automate, scrape, overload, bypass access controls, replay requests, tamper with results or interfere with the service. Access attempts, security events and gameplay actions are logged to protect the service, unpublished software and result integrity.
7. Evaluation build and availability
This is an evaluation build. Features, presentation, simulated balances and results may change and the service may contain faults or be unavailable. The operator does not promise continuous access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
