Privacy and Essential Cookies Notice

Version 2026-08-11.1 · Controller: Egemen YILDIRIMCAN · Contact: lordprahalord@gmail.com

1. Controller and contact

The controller is Egemen YILDIRIMCAN. Privacy and data-rights requests can be sent to lordprahalord@gmail.com.

2. Data processed

3. Sources, purposes and legal basis

Data comes from you, your browser/device and the operator's server records. It is processed to provide and administer the requested private demo, verify and approve access, protect unpublished software, prevent abuse, preserve result integrity, diagnose faults and document the demonstration. The controller relies on its legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. These interests are operating a controlled evaluation, securing the service and protecting confidential software. The demo uses manual owner approval; it does not make a solely automated decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Retention

Access, security and gameplay records are retained for no longer than 90 days after the relevant demo activity, unless a security incident, legal obligation or legal claim requires a longer documented period. Necessary session and device-security identifiers expire according to their stated operational lifetime. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised under the operator's retention procedure.

5. Essential storage only

This demo uses only first-party cookies or equivalent browser storage that are strictly necessary for access, session security, owner-approved gameplay and replay protection. Online cookies use appropriate Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite protections where technically applicable. No advertising, analytics, social-media or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

6. Recipients and transfers

Access is limited to the operator and authorised administrators. Infrastructure and email-delivery providers may process the minimum connection, hosting or mail metadata required to provide their services. Personal data is not sold. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, the controller will rely on an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism and safeguards.

7. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz). You can stop participating at any time by contacting lordprahalord@gmail.com.

8. Security and voluntary participation

Technical and organisational safeguards restrict access and protect the records. Internet transmission can never be guaranteed completely risk-free. Participation is voluntary, but the access and security data described above is necessary to operate this closed demo; without it, access cannot be provided. This demo is intended only for persons aged 18 or over.
